UC Davis Arboretum All-Stars plant! What's not to love about this stunning penstemon? It's a heavy bloomer with gorgeous blue-purple flowers in spring. It's low habit and small size make it an excellent choice for narrow borders, or it can be mass planted in larger spaces. Adaptable and accepting of heavy soils, some shade and garden care.
